ABOUT US

This is a haven birthed out of a deep passion to help people truly live out their dreams and discover their untapped potential in life. So many people talk about their dreams but never pursue them. So many people live with limiting beliefs causing them to settle for less. Even those who feel like they are truly thriving in life often have plenty of untapped potential subconsciously suppressed by a variety of influences.

The Opportunium is a gateway mechanism established on the foundation of wanting to see people live out a more satisfied life and destiny. It’s a place where you can come and feel safe to explore, dream, get equipped and mend. A place where you discover that there’s more beyond the limitations you’ve allowed. Stepping into The Opportunium is essentially stepping into your untapped potential and discovering that there is so much more.

Marielle founded The Opportunium while on her own journey of discovery. As a consultant and certified coach who has helped many people, it’s become her passion to help people thrive and fully come alive. Her favorite part of what she does is seeing people light up with joy, excitement, and a huge sense of accomplishment.

Though she is a challenger by nature, she’s also a big encourager along the way. Whether people come to her for business consulting, strategic planning, overcoming hurts and limiting beliefs, or to grow in their faith journey, they always finish with getting so much more than they initially came for. Marielle has a unique way of impacting all areas of life, and helping people truly live to the fullest with tenacity, faith and excitement.

Behind The Name

The Latin -ium ending was chosen because it both denotes a chemical element as well as a setting where a given activity is carried out.

The use of the word Opportune also has a Latin origin which can mean “favoring one’s needs.” The merging of these two components gave Marielle the clever name: The Opportunium.

This is a haven where our clients can discover their true needs, where they can carry out those discovered needs, and where they can “be in their element” without holding back, and ultimately arriving at a state where they live within the element of opportunity.

PROFESSIONAL BIO

Marielle is a world traveler who currently resides with her husband in California. Having studied International Business during her undergraduate years, she quickly realized her passion for helping companies thrive through strategic management and innovative marketing. Her unique abilities to help people combined with her zealous faith are unparalleled.

She went on to earn her Master of Divinity degree with an emphasis in Judaic-Christian Studies, Missiology, and Cultural Anthropology, and was awarded the “Outstanding Academic Achievement” award for her academic research. Her eager interest for relating to people through cross-cultural communication intensified leading her to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership. Upon graduating, she was recognized by her Graduate School of Business with the “Most Outstanding Student” award.

Her enthusiasm for helping business leaders to think bigger, stand taller, and reach wider, has led her to work in a number of industries including Fashion Consulting, Commercial Real Estate Development, Bespoke Recruitment within Engineering, Architecture and Construction, Customer Service, Information Technology, Healthcare, Life Coaching and Professional Consulting. She enjoys assisting business owners in broadening their reach and capturing untapped equity.

In unison with her drive to help professionals, she’s equally passionate about helping individuals on a personal level. Whether she’s utilizing her masters degree training within theology or her certification as a life coach, she thrives in helping people live out their fullest potential and be the unique person that they are created to be. Seeing people flourish towards their dreams, heal from hurts, and prosper in their faith are just a few examples of the fun she has when coming along side the journey with her clients.

Personal Bio

To make things personal, Marielle is continuing to live in the element of opportunity in her own life while discovering more of her own untapped potential as well. One of the many pursuits she’s accomplished is letting her creative side go free by launching her own fashion collection.

Marielle’s fashion designs encompass trendy bold pieces, some of which are featured in a recently released film with an interview segment about her fashion journey. On her free time, she works as a freelance designer to create bespoke designs that inspire viewers and wearers alike.

An added challenge she’s given herself is to design a one-of-a-kind cookbook. She often seizes her moments in the kitchen to come up with brilliant new recipes that will inspire both eyes and taste buds.

Whether it’s learning new languages, traveling the world with her husband, serving at her church, or sitting with a client, she’s always passionate about wholeheartedly welcoming all that life brings to the fullest in both blissful and challenging moments.
